It is very busy on a Saturday afternoon, but I only waited about 7 minutes in the line to get through. The staff was very friendly. Definitely will go to this one again or the one on Monocacy. I really should just get a membership.”

“Great vacuums that SUCK and love that they are free with a wash. Quick and easy car wash with helpful and friendly attendants. My only suggestion for improvements on the wash itself is improved rear washing. Maybe a mechanism installment with future maintenance on the wash systems. For the most deluxe wash ($20-$25), I'd expect it to wash the rear of my car better. There's still salt residue from winter driving that I needed to wash off by hand when I got home. Touch ups from salt run off on the side, by the mirrors, is understandable, considering how dirty/salty my car was, but the rear was pretty noticeably dirty still. Pictured as best as possible.”

The first disappointment came when I was handed the bill, and to my surprise, they charged a whopping $33.00 for their services. Despite the hefty price tag, I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and assumed my car would be spotless after their cleaning process. However, upon inspecting my vehicle, I was shocked to find that all the dirt and grime that had accumulated on my car prior to the wash were still very much present. The car wash's failure to deliver on their promises left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I expected better results, especially given the price I paid for their services. It's disheartening to see such lackluster performance and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. I had heard positive things about this car wash, which is why I chose to give it a try, but it's safe to say that I won't be returning anytime soon. If they cannot ensure a thorough and effective cleaning, then their exorbitant charges are simply unjustifiable. I hope this review serves as a warning to others seeking a reliable car wash service. “I just got done with a $17.00 wash and did my own vacuuming. After I was done, I noticed many dirt and clean streaks and bugs still on the car, front to back. Even the sides where there's mud splash mark did not come off. I did speak to an attendant who was throwing out the garbage about it and asked if i could take the car through again and pay or no. He told me that it looked normal to him and only gave me a towel and spray to wash whatever i seen dirty. Yes, I am aware that car washes doesn't get every inch of dirt and every bug off the car, but if you're paying more than $5, it should look better than that. But don't they have at least a bug cleaner to apply to the car before it goes in the thing? They didn't do that. The car wash looked more like a $5 wash... like sprinkle water and air it off and ta-da. It's done. I came here before and never had a problem. Idk, I may go somewhere else. Pics aren't great, I tried lol”

“Very disappointed. We had an issue with a broken light and bumper replacement. Took a month to get this back to us. They kept calling us at the beginning of the week to say it would be ready by end of week and then we wouldn’t hear back from them. Then it turns out that they used the wrong color paint and that cost them a week. Then we found out that the vehicle was ready but they said they were waiting to hear back from our insurance company. This was incorrect because our insurance company did a great and thorough job of communicating to us and kept telling us that Joe Hudson still had not sent anything to them. We had to get them to turn our car back over to us so we could finally turn in our rental car. Our insurance company paid $600 towards rental car and we had to pay close to $700 extra out of pocket because of Joe Hudson’s mistake that caused two additional weeks for them to finish. The manager promised that she would talk to someone to see what could be reimbursed. And of course she has ghosted us and will not return our calls. So guess we are out money because of their mistakes. Please avoid this company!!!”

“Do not rent with these thieves. Following a two day rental our vehicle was returned two hours after a Saturday closing, due to a holiday closing for the business my rental agreement was not closed out until Tuesday. I called to inform the representatives locally that we were charged extra days when the car was in fact insight Saturday and they confirmed via cameras and verbally on the phone that the car was in fact on there property since Saturday but they’d still be charging through Monday as a new policy within 2 years. This is a lie told by the branch manager Laquan when I have in fact rented and returned on a closed Sunday and have not been charged because they were closed within the past two years. They were dishonest and simply not good people to continue business with for your rentals.”
