“Okay, listen- I don’t know anything about buying cars. This was my first time making a big “adult” purchase, and it was a great one! The folks at Cars Near Cost were super friendly, kind, and well informed. John was the gentleman who helped me through the process; if you want someone knowledgeable and funny to set you at ease during the process, absolutely ask for him. The warehouse was very clean, and the vehicles were in great shape, and included file reports from CarFax so you could review any accidents, previous owners, recalls and the like before making any decisions. Additionally, when we noticed a tire was low, they offered to have it repaired at one of their shops for free if it happened to be a problem. Which gave me some real peace of mind! Jennifer and Casey were both paramount in ensuring I was comfortable and completely in the know about what I was buying. Overall a stellar experience! Would certainly recommend. :)”

“Can not say enough about the personalities and the culture of this dealership - great people who literally do put the customer first. I will not mention names because I am sure the entire team is the same based on their culture. My experience - First off drove 2.5 hours to the dealership to meet my salesman, as luck would have it a couple arrived minutes before me to see him too, but no problem my sales person handed me off to the sales manager who was more than happy to assist me unfortunately I bothered him during his lunch - and he apologized for eating his lunch - absolutely no need to apologize but this reflects the great attitude of putting the customer first and how managers here lead by example. Another young salesman came by who was extremely knowledgeable on the car I was looking at and quite the conversationalist. The car was dusty and I asked if they could quickly wash it off and they pleasantly and quickly washed the car. We took for a quick little test drive and quickly ended back at the dealership. I requested all documentation they had on the vehicle and they answered every question and obtained every piece of documentation as requested. I asked for an “all in price” which they did and we cleanly agreed on a negotiated price - it was perfect no games just straight forward. One or two little bumps in the road, but all was professionally corrected. The entire transaction seemed to take less than an hour. I wanted to pay cash for the car there was a process challenge but the dealership team again looked beyond this and put the Customer First. Thank You Team at SG Auto South Fort Chevrolet for such a great experience. (Sean, Vince, Breanne & Daniel) PS - all of this great experience one would think I was looking at a brand new $85,000.00 to $100,000.00 vehicle and of course I would receive Red Carpet treatment - No this was the treatment received on buying a used vehicle that I paid cash for.”
