“First rental had large rattling noise after the first day (suspect the heat shield for the muffler), followed by a check engine light coming in. Swapped it out halfway through the trip after speaking to 6+ people trying to explain the issue (only to be told repeatedly that windows and tires are not covered by them, even if this wasn’t the issue). Replacement car was fine, but during drop off they tried to charge me for a much higher km count than the actual — essentially claiming that I drove 1700km in less than 24 hours. Customer service and experience overall is pretty butt. Landed with these guys through my normal portal but won’t be using them or the agency again. Stick to enterprise/budget etc. You’ll pay basically the same price, but you won’t have to top off wiper fluid in the middle of winter. (No winter tires on either car).”

“The staff at Extreme Auto Care are amazing. The first thing they do is LISTEN to customer goals and concerns. Things get busy and things can happen, but Extreme Auto Care doesn't try to hide behind their egos; they take ownership of situations and resolve any concerns. I brought my truck to get touched all over, and under a tight timeline, they got it done. I noticed a few areas of concern, but they were quickly retouched without argument. The day was hot and I imagine the technician was feeling the pressure; he and the other staff did great work overall!”
