“Thank goodness we had a free coupon because if we didn’t, coming all the way down here would’ve been a total loss. Seems to more concerned with getting customers in and out than actual quality of service. Recently came back from a trip to the beach expecting a full interior detail from all the accumulated sand, and after the time was up we received our car with sand still caked up along the seat tracks and trunk area. Ended up having to go back home and do it myself. We have a moonroof as well and that was untouched as well, but luckily the rest of the exterior was nice in comparison. Very poor attention to detail throughout the interior. We have a lot of glossy black plastic in our car, and it ended being scratched to oblivion with careless wiping. That kind of stuff doesn’t buff out. On initial impressions, it looks like they cleaned the wheels but when I got home later i saw that it was barely wiped and they didn’t even really get into the spokes. For $25 value, don’t get your hopes up.”
