“Terrible car wash. The foam isn’t washed off, the dryer doesn’t dry. The whole car is covered with white spots that cannot be washed off. The dirt from the car wasn’t washed off. I arrived at the car wash cleaner than I left it. The vacuum cleaners are very weak. I took a car wash for $15”

“I made an appointment to have my Toyota tinted here. This was my first time having a vehicle tinted at auto image. However, I have had three other vehicles tinted besides this one, and by far this was the best tint job that I have received. He has good staff who has been tinting windows for over a decade. You can tell they take pride in their work and are a wealth of information when it comes to detailing paint, protection, film, ceramic coating and tints. Jeff, the owner is very thorough in his work and made it a very quick and easy experience compared to the last couple of vehicles I’ve had done elsewhere. If I could give em 10 stars I would!”

“Poor customer service and rushed shotty work. I have been waiting 2 weeks for the manager Fernando to call me back who always seems to be in a “meeting”. I got tired of a calling and I am not happy. I had to return several times after my repair was done because they forgot to fix some electrical work. My sport/eco mode button wasn’t working and Victor my service tech said I would have to return another day when they had time because the repair required his guys to remove the entire center console. Then, a few days after I get my car back I notice the car charger port was not working and had to return yet again. This time, they damaged my center console because I can see where they stuck the trim removal tool in several spots leaving chips and dent marks on a brand new center console. They clearly rushed through this work and now I’m left with this and to top it off, the usb port no longer illuminates like it did before so it’s difficult to find the port in the nighttime. Fernando, if you’re reading this please do the right thing here. My phone number is on file and I would like this taken care of asap. I will not me recommending this repair shop to anybody at this point.”

“We have contracted snow removal service with them for the last 4 years for our business and have always been pleased with the service. I called them at last minute to see if they could remove the snow at my home this past weekend because we were on vacation. Although there was no guarantee because they had to honor their contracted customers, they said they would try to squeeze it in. They did an excellent job and saved us from having to shovel 8 inches of solid frozen snow in -25 temps! I would strongly recommend using their snow removal service if you want a reliable service that goes the extra mile for their customers.”

S/N: My car had a scuff on the back rear panel and they were able to get it out and leave the car looking like the day I drove it out the lot!
