“First time visiting the drag strip. Impressed with the amount of bathroom staff for the NHRA US Nationals to keep them clean and stocked. The area was clean and busy. Super hot day but a fun time. Recommend seating on the west side when the sun starts to go down you are in the shade. Seating is aluminum bench seating with backs. Love walking through the pits and seeing all the action that goes on. We would like to be able to come next year and use the camp grounds and stay more than the one day. Parking was free. Getting in and out was directed by the local police and went smoothly.”

“Returned to my cabin to find that my car in the driveway had a bashed in windshield from the County pushing snow off the road into my driveway. I initially got an online quote from Safelite which seemed reasonable until I got to the scheduling which indicated that the earliest service date would be 2 weeks out because of a “global glass shortage”. First I have heard of this and sounds like a ploy to gouge on price. Also, I didn’t want to pay an additional week of car rental waiting on their service! Google search turned up Best Price Auto Glass so I gave them a call and spoke to a very friendly Christina who quickly gave me a quote $120 lower than Safelite AND next day mobile service to replace the windshield. Danny arrived the next morning as scheduled and provided efficient and friendly service. Not only that, he fixed a problem I was having with my driver’s side door which saved me running around trying to get that fixed and having to extend time on my rental car. I usually don’t take the time to write reviews unless I receive really exceptional service which I did with Best Price Auto Glass and would hands down recommend them to anyone needing this service!”

“I took my Car in almost exactly a year ago for a crack in the windshield. I got the car back and noticed about a week later that the VIN Plate inside of the windshield had been broken, and was intact prior to bringing the car in. I decided not to make a big deal of it since you can find the VIN in other places. Fast forward to now, I am having my roof wrapped and noticed that the seal at the top of the windshield is messy and inconsistent. Very disappointed in the quality of the work.”

“If I could rate it a zero, I would. Manager is an absolute jerk. My vehicle is in their system, they sold me the incorrect transmission fluid. I dumped one bottle in my vehicle before checking the label— trusting that the guy gave me the right fluid. Called parts department and the guy couldn’t believe his fellow employees mistake. Asked the manager for a flush because of their mistake— they brick walled me, wouldn’t do anything to right their wrong. He said that as far as he was concerned, we asked for transmission fluid and they sold it to us. He did exchange the fluid I had, but wouldn’t do a flush, discount on additional fluid so I could flush, or anything. Acted like it was my fault. Checked with another dealership and this type of transmission fluid has never been used for any of the pilots. It was phased out of any Honda vehicles after 2014. I have a 2018 pilot. Put it all on the little guy. Sick. Update** In response to the accusations from the general manager, I would never curse at someone like that over the phone— now I will agree that it was heated. Jim White Honda wouldn’t do anything to right their wrong, especially when this could ruin my transmission. It wasn’t just about the fluid, it’s like if a gas station attendant filled your gas tank with diesel and offered to refund you for the diesel, actually exchange the diesel for gas. The GM knows all of this and that the mistake was their fault and had potentially terrible consequences if not flushed properly, but said as far as he was concerned, we asked for transmission fluid and they sold it to us. Brown Honda was amazing, helped us figure out what to do, pointed out the chart that showed that this transmission fluid was obsolete, had nothing to do with our vehicle, and not our mistake, and discounted the fluid we needed to flush the transmission. Brown has a customer for life!”

“Got my Tesla Model 3 done with Xpel XR Plus 70% Windshield, 20% Roof, and 35% Side and Rear. It makes a huge difference with heat rejection. They did a decent job on tint. Not the best I have seen but passable. The front windshield has some minor bubbles from lint under the tint, it is hard to notice unless you are looking for it. My biggest gripe is with all the water stains in the A pillars after the job was done. I even asked about this before hand and they said because my vehicle was less than 3 weeks old and clean I shouldn't worry about it. The most annoying part is it only took me about ten minutes to clean up with some upholstery cleaner and a detail brush. I feel like this simple cleanup should be included considering I paid over $1k for the tint. If you want to save some money but do some cleanup yourself. This is the place for you.”

Now 3 years later, still slow leak, but another tire has a nail in. Wanted to make an appointment to get it in. Put on auto hold for 15 minutes, listening to advertisement. Then it hung up on me. Called back and another auto hold. Hung up, called back and a person asks if I can hold again. This is very unprofessional. Will find someone who is staffed to help people. A customers time is important, and I don't have time to be on hold for 45 minutes.”
