“I recently visited Supercheap Auto and had a disappointing experience with the service provided by Martin. The attitude was unpleasant, and when I sought assistance, I was told, 'I can't help you with anything.' Additionally, Martin closed his register 15 minutes before closing time, leaving his colleague to handle four customers. No goodbye or courtesy. To add to the frustration, he even started counting cash and receipts in front of us. I hope the staff can improve customer service for a better shopping experience.”

“I would give it half a star if I could, I ordered a tow bar set up kit through repco, had it delivered to these guys, they gave me the wrong part, and refused to refund me with the right part. Absolutely disgusting service, Clueless in the way they communicate and handle situations that are like this. I will not being going back and I’ll be telling others to use a different automotive company to get their parts through. The woman who still wears a mask there is incredibly miserable and needs to learn about customer service. Saying things like- “we can argue all day but this is the way it is” And - “it isn’t our fault cause you ordered it online” Absolutely pathetic retail reputation”
