“Returned to my cabin to find that my car in the driveway had a bashed in windshield from the County pushing snow off the road into my driveway. I initially got an online quote from Safelite which seemed reasonable until I got to the scheduling which indicated that the earliest service date would be 2 weeks out because of a “global glass shortage”. First I have heard of this and sounds like a ploy to gouge on price. Also, I didn’t want to pay an additional week of car rental waiting on their service! Google search turned up Best Price Auto Glass so I gave them a call and spoke to a very friendly Christina who quickly gave me a quote $120 lower than Safelite AND next day mobile service to replace the windshield. Danny arrived the next morning as scheduled and provided efficient and friendly service. Not only that, he fixed a problem I was having with my driver’s side door which saved me running around trying to get that fixed and having to extend time on my rental car. I usually don’t take the time to write reviews unless I receive really exceptional service which I did with Best Price Auto Glass and would hands down recommend them to anyone needing this service!”

“Definitely a great place to get your windows tinted. I knew nothing about car tint since this was my first vehicle getting tinted. I was able to make an appointment online for a Saturday. When you make an appointment online, they require a $50 deposit that comes out of your total bill. Online the prices and types of tint are very transparent and easy to understand. Coreen called me to see if I was able to bring in my car earlier which I did. She walked me through choosing a darkness for my tint, and explained some things about it. I dropped off my car and it was done within a few hours. I was told the majority of the cars they are tinting lately are Teslas and Civics. When they were done, I was very happy with the service and help I received. I received some tips on how to clean the windows such as not using an ammonia based cleaner. The price of $295 is well worth it since it will last for the life of my car.”

“Great Store, I buy car parts all the time from autozone an i've never had any problems, Tell today at a different autozone in town, There was apparently an issue with returning an incorrect item I bought by mistake, an it wasn't even open. Even thow there Policy say only as long as u bring the original box. I mean I wasn't trying to bug but I just had to get a second opinion, it all just felt like somthing was being told to me straight. Like it was still closed, An it had only been a day. I mean I'd of tooken it back that same day but I had a graveyard shift last night so i went this morning. But I'm glad I called to clarify things, cause yah I know I messed up an bought the wrong device but I'm just glad my mistake didn't also screw me as while. “Initially called to have my lock replaced on my security door. After sending pics of my lock, it took 2-3 days to get a definitive response as to how we could go forward in replacing and repairing my lock. I was told the lock was a custom lock, and had to be ordered. I was never given a time table or an estimate as to how much it would cost to replace or when it could actually be replaced. After calling several times over the course of 2-3 weeks, I was finally notified my custom lock had arrived and a technician would come out to replace it. Mind you, I had no direct communication from this company itself, I had to take initiative every step of the way to find out any bit of information as to what was going on with my “ordered” lock. The first red flag. When Adam finally got out to my residence, he was able to unlock my broken lock but notified me the ordered parts were the wrong ones, and that it would have to be reordered with the correct parts. Well, I received the same lack of communication and care as I did before. Never heard from Adam and had to literally call or text once or twice a week to get any sort of update. Which I was told, “the part is ordered, we haven’t forgotten about you” every single time. Well it’s been well over a month now and I still haven’t heard from Adam about anything about my lock so this is why I’m leaving this adverse review. I chose this company because of the reviews in hopes someone could help me because as a single parent, I couldn’t afford to keep calling locksmiths out to my residence, charging me $40-50 only to tell me they couldn’t help me -which was my experience prior to calling A1. I seriously hope no one has this horrible experience with this company as I have, and I hope going forward Adam and his team at A1 communicate better with their costumers as to the true status of what is really going on.”

“This was my delivery location for my Telsa Model 3 Performance March 22, 2023. It’s 6 hours from where I live, so I had to rent a car one way to pick up my Tesla. The car is the best car I’ve owned in my life, but I did take off a star for this delivery location because they sold me a car with a warped hood. I requested that it be corrected before taking it home, but they refused and told me I’d have to drive another 4+ hours from home to Santa Rosa to get it fixed. That was a huge shock and shouldn’t have been allowed.”

“Good place for parts. Most of the staff is great. Had major customer service issues with the guy with the ponytail - I think his name is Will. He has zero customer service skills ironically while being in the business of customer service. He needs to be replaced with someone else. Other than that, great place for parts.”
