“I wish I could give a few more stars. For starters their pricing beat Safelite by $200 for my back windshield. Now, by the time I noticed they called and I got the voicemail that my car was ready, they were almost closed (5 min until closing). I called to let them know I’d be there in the morning. The guy on the phone, who turned out to be the owner, told me he’d wait for me. I got there at almost 6pm when they close at 5pm. The owner didn’t even try to rush us out the door while we were there. He was friendly and talked to me and my son for a bit before we settled the bill. Beating the other price without even knowing it, and the fact that he waited for an hour for me to get there; he’s got a customer for life. It’s rare that you walk into a place like this and are treated like a human AND get great pricing. I highly recommend them. 10 out of 5 stars. PS, the window is perfect. It was raining when we picked it up so we knew immediately that there were no issues.”

“The customer rep is like he didn't wake up yet, attitude towards us was ignorant. Any problems you have with your vehicle, he will say that's normal, our systems are continuously updating.. their answer is that's normal.. I am having issues with my window wipers and cameras.. it's our second service within 3 months for the same issues.. They totally need a course on customer relations and services. Our wipers comes on when it wants to. And on rainy days it doesn't come on to clean the windshield. The camera feed is blurry, you can't see the surroundings normally and I was told that's normal due to the new upgrades . Then how can we trust and rely on Tesla.”

“Amazing service when I needed it. Car broke down, parked on side of the street. Employee from Autozone named Bubba was making a delivery and saw I was in need of assistance. He helped me push my vehicle all the way to autozone parking lot so the vehicle and myself was safe off the road. Phenomenal service and definitely a good employee from Bubba for helping me out.”
