“I'm severely disappointed in how we were handled, and the agency doesn't have a solution for me. We got our policy Jan 18, 2024. Due to their underwriting guidelines, they are unable to insure my Kia. I understand why. However, at the time of purchasing the policy, we were told everything was in order and ready to go. The gentleman that wrote up our policy and took the payment admitted he didn't read the underwriting guidelines and totally missed that my model was blacklisted from being insured by State Farm. So, on March 2, 2024, they are planning to cancel that vehicle from my policy. It was said that I could MAYBE get underwriting to change their mind - if I paid out of pocket to get the passive engine immobilizer and a keyless start. But it still was not guaranteed. I feel like my time and money has been wasted, and now I have to totally start over with finding a new policy. Being more thorough and detailed, as well as doing the underwriting up front, before payment, could have avoided this entire situation. This is my real issue - the lack of efficiency and what feels like deception.”

Had to be towed by state police and have not been reimbursed yet even though I was promised one since they took over 2 hours to respond. But the state police AAA came in less than 20 min and they were a AAA affiliate and cost me undue hardship and money and negative balances. Shame on you AAA will be cancelling and alerting others to your malfeasance.”

“My vehicle was involved in an accident. Not my fault. I have State farm the other driver has state farm. I was giving a total loss settlement on Friday I asked to speak to a supervisor no one called me back. I called back today now the settlement amount is less by 800.00 because the person I spoke to today claims that the person on Friday didn't use the correct tool that she's supposed to use to get that amount. So now I'm been given an $800 decrease which was not my fault. Meanwhile, delays, delays. I don't have a vehicle to go to work and back and forth to work. My vehicle was crashed into while I was at work. Now insurance won't enough money to fix the vehicle so now I have to pay out-of-pocket expenses for an accident I did not cause. Not to mention now because of their mistake their nickel and dimeing me and decreasing it from the original settlement amount because they say the adjuster made a mistake. I have respectfully requested to speak to a supervisor and 4 days later nothing, no supervisor has time to speak to a policy holder to discuss a claim that was not my fault.”
