“Called for help. All I needed was someone to jump my battery. They told me there was no one to help me and that I should try again tomorrow. What am I paying AAA for? There’s no one available to do the most basic, the simplest form of auto repair? I have used their service 3 times in the entire 3 years that I have been a customer. They got real petty with me on the phone, talking about this is the last time that I can call them for help. They told me that if I needed someone to jump my battery tonight, that I needed to find the person myself and then jump through all kinds of hoops, online and over the phone, to submit the invoice to AAA for them to reimburse me. What a scam. They should change their name from AAA to C-. I don’t even understand how there is no one available to jump a battery. How is it possible to get a tow somewhere, but not a simple jump? The math isn’t adding up”

He was able to get us approved at a pretty low interest rate for our lease agreement too. Helped us find cheaper insurance rates than we were currently paying for and got us all switched over. So much stress has been lifted off our shoulders. Eddie @ Pierre definitely delivered a satisfactory experience. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a good car @ a great price point.
