“Failed to come in an adequate and fast manor when I was stranded on the highway this past week. Had to be towed by state police and have not been reimbursed yet even though I was promised one since they took over 2 hours to respond. But the state police AAA came in less than 20 min and they were a AAA affiliate and cost me undue hardship and money and negative balances. Shame on you AAA will be cancelling and alerting others to your malfeasance.”

“Today I brought my father in for an auto quote, expecting it to be a dreary elongated process because it’s a Friday. When entering, we were assisted very quickly. Then, less than 5 minutes later Grace called us over to her desk. I can’t say enough good things about her! She has been at AAA for a long time and I see why - she was so nice and enjoyable to talk to. She tried her best to find us the most affordable insurance, and succeeded. It was the best customer service interaction I have received in a while and I am appreciative that she made it an easy-going experience. The Fairhaven office will now be the one I go to because of her, even though the Somerset office is closer to home. Huge thanks to Grace and the team!”
