Even after showing proof that they are wrong they still sit laugh and say well if you want insurance you have to pay. Well no problem. After 2 years with them this is how they treat me. Well thanks. Off to a new company.”

“Please don't make the mistake of doing business with this company. I contacted this company in the beginning of 2023 to change my address for my auto policy and they failed to report it to the auto insurance. I ended up updating my address directly to the insurance company in September. As I result I should be owed back pay. I have been trying to reach a manager to get this issue resolved for 2 months now. Each time a representative tells me that Taylor Medina, a manager, will be contacting me. However I have yet to hear from Taylor or any manager in regards to this issue. In my most recent call I was told it was taken to the "escalation team" I am very doubtful I will receive a response. It's highly disappointing with the lack of communication and follow through this company has. Do not trust them with your insurance needs. Also I will add that I emailed the email that has been provided on all of the other reviews from below already. Update: someone from the escalation team has since called and is completing an "internal review" which I'm told could take a few weeks. Not hopeful based on previous interactions, however wanted to update to be transparent. I continue to get weekly calls from someone from the escalation team but have yet to receive an update about the decision to provide me with back pay.”

I ALWAYS GREET THE CUSTOMER AND ASK IF THEY CAN HOLD. IF I TAKE LONGER THAN A MINUTE,DEPENDING ON THE SITUATION, I ALWAYS CHECK UP ON MY CUSTOMER TO LET THEM KNOW THAT I HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN ABOUT THEM AND THAT I WILL BE RIGHT WITH THEM ONCE I AM DONE. MY THING IS A LOT OF VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE WORK FOR THIS BUSINESS. IF THEY DO ANSWER THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES OR THEY TRANSFER YOU WITHOUT EVEN TELLING WHERE THEY ARE TRANSFERRING YOU. THEY DON'T EVEN CHECK UP ON YOU AND WHEN THEY DO TRANSFER YOU. THEY PUT YOU BACK INTO THE CUE AND GET ROUTED SOMEWHERE ELSE OR YOU GET A VOICEMAIL. I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR THE PAST 3 DAYS TO VERIFY COVERAGE AND THE PHONE JUST RINGS AND RINGS AND RINGS. ITS EXHAUSTING. A-MAX YOU GUYS HAVE TO DO BETTER THAN THIS. IF YOU LOOK AT OUR REVIEWS WE ALMOST HAVE A 5 STAR RATING. THAT SAYS A LOT ABOUT OUR BUSINESS AND OUR SERVICE. “Worst customer service. It's a 50/50 chance you get told the something that matches what you were told the first time you called. You will be "recommended" into not canceling and then they will change you when you didn't cancel on time. Even the corporate office will state that they will be MAILING a bill instead they take it out of your bank account. Also forget about privacy, if you set a password phrase on your account no body will ever ask for it. They will also call others with a close enough name to make changes and release your information. This isn't a one bad employee this is a bad company.”
