“DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!! David Paginini, Maggie in Accounts payable, the front desk clerks for Service & Sales departments and all the sales managers (the ones you never get to talk to or meet in person) are all absolutely terrible people, but great liars and snakes!!! They don’t answer their phones whatsoever over a 3month span. Blame you for repairs that you asked to be completed before taking the car off the lot. Also they had my car for over 4 days and damaged the passenger door with some tool. I will upload images now! I will report this crime as vandalism/property damage to the local police and have the Better Business Bureau investigate this establishment.”

“Will never step foot in this dealership again and will tell anyone that is looking for a car to avoid this place. I looked at a car and liked it and had to go grab my wife to come look at the car (an hour drive round trip). Expressed that I was worried about some one coming in after me and snatching the car up. Was told i could put a $200 dollar deposit down to hold the car. There was never a verbal mention of it being non-refundable and the only thing that said it was at the very bottom of the "deposit receipt" under where you sign. Yes, my fault for not reading the entire paper before signing but this dealership knew that this would happen and never expressed that it was non refundable just hoping for me not to read the bottom. Well, they got me. If this is how they nickel and dime over just $200 then I would be worried about the quality of cars they put out. When I asked for my deposit back (only six hours later) ,not even a full day, they stonewalled me saying they could not refund it. The price for the car and the payments did not work out for my current situation. I don't think that this dealership should be trusted with any of their business. Wish I could give 0 stars”
