I will add as well, that it was very helpful that Randy spoke Spanish because it allowed my Spanish speaking father to participate in the buying process. I had been looking around at the dealership for some months and Randy kept up with me regarding the Grom. “This is TBell Folsom from the other thread. I exceeded on words. But anyway my car didn’t crank so it was this past Saturday so I waited until Monday morning because mind you Shawn said months ago if I have any other issues reach back out to him and that’s what I did. So he said my car was not detecting and I needed a battery and I spoke to Tony also he said the same thing. So we go get new battery still won’t crank. So I had pay a tow $140 to get car towed to Auto Credit shop. So I called Shawn again and he said verbatim “BRING THE BATTERY RECEIPT AND I WILL REIMBURSE YOU.” So, I’m like ok cool. So the shop called and tools me a wire came apart and that was it and I was ok cool. So I go pick up vehicle take my receipt to Shawn he looks at receipt and says take that to Tony to #see if he would reimburse you! Y’all know I wanted to go off which I did! I was like see what??? So I take receipt to Mean Ole Crooked Tony and he immediately said we not paying you for a battery! I hope everybody sitting down. He then tells me the battery I had in the car had a warranty!!’ I’m like you say what!!!! If the battery had a warranty why didn’t they just tell me to get car towed to shop because battery had a warranty I went and paid $231 for a battery THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED!!! Then tells me I had a warranty on the old battery!!!! Shawn said the owner told him I don’t have a warranty on the vehicle ! I was like you knew I didn’t have a warranty on the vehicle ! That was never discussed! He only said bring him the receipt and he would cover my battery! Now I’m out of 400$for battery and tow plus I have to pay my car note this week which is $280!!! Tony said it’s not his job to keep up with my car like I know wheee they purchased parts from instead of looking into computer like he did AFTER I came back with receipt to tell me I had a warranty on a battery he told to go purchase! If these people ain’t crooks! Just been bad luck with the Auto credit card I have purchased. Total lost the 1st one and this one problem after problem. I have now put 10,000 into a car I have only had a year! Don’t do it, is my final answer! They full of crap! This car was a total lemon! I just thank god I have the money to get my car right. I will never in my life purchase a car from these people again. I will be reaching out to the owner with my atty. This is far yet over.”

“DONT EVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM !!! Bought a truck off them like 6 months ago and gave me too much problems since the day I got it first it was problems with the air then weeks later my transmission went out left me in the middle of the road , had talk to the dealership about it. They said they couldn’t do anything about it now my engine is messed up. Gave them a call to see what we can do about it, they told me I still had to pay the truck off no matter what even if they picked it up, they said If I didn’t pay the truck I told him to give me the Carfax.They never did had to look for it on my own that truck has been crashed two times . Worst dealership I’ve seen never buying for them like I said The truck I purchased had more thing’s wrong with it than what the car is worth. Money pit and broke down on me more times than I can count.”
