“We were referred to North Strand Nissan by a coworker because we were wanting to trade our Jeep Wrangler for a better gas mileage car. From the moment we pulled in we were greeted by Rich. He was very inviting and super nice! From the start of the process he let us know that he wanted the best for us and he truly was down to earth letting us know every little detail of the deal. We initially wanted to get a Nissan pathfinder but we ended up with a beautiful 2021 Nissan Rouge. He was able to work it out perfectly to fit within the constraints that we had to work with. He stayed late for us to help get the deal done! He was able to schedule a time for us to bring back the car for detailing! We are very thankful for all he did for us and we will definitely use him in the future when needed!”

“I have notified ALM dealership in Florence SC about a car loan that I co-sign with my Son. They tell me that my Son’s name is on the loan with Ally Bank. Ally Bank tell me that my name is the only name on the loan and the sad thing about it is that ALM dealership would not resolve the issue by adding my Son’s name on the loan with Ally bank and refused to speak with them while I’m on the phone with Ally bank, very unprofessional! I have spoke with Ray and informed him that he should have been transparent with me but would not resolve the issue! I called back to ALM dealership again today and now I can not speak to Ray. Again, unprofessional!”
