“Excellent Service! From the moment I arrived all the staff were welcoming and made sure to make me feel comfortable by offering refreshments and seating. Duleep was my sales Rep and was very accommodating and understood my needs he was friendly, helpful and available at anytime to assist me even by phone. He got me in the perfect color and model that I was looking for. Jackie was my financial advisor who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he was also very patient and hospitable offering me refreshments on my pick up date before doing all the paperwork. He explained all the financial aspects clearly made it an easy process. Talya was my delivery specialist, she was excellent in explaining all the features of the car and patiently answering all my questions and testing out features I had issues with. She also emailed me after and assured me that i can always keep in touch with her for any questions I may have in the future. Leah was the sales manager who also did her part in helping me get the best deal possible and take advantage of as many incentives as I could. “I purchased a 2023 Honda Gold Wing Bagger here this summer and given how happy I was with the salesperson (Jimmy), I thought I'd try out the Service department for the bikes first major service milestone. Price is the price, hurt a little bit, but I was expecting it. The Service was excellent. Thorough explanation, great communication, quick turnaround and great work. What more can you ask for. “CampMart was an awful experience. We went looking for an RV and immediately kept getting left for other customers. We explained our credit wasn't the best from Covid but we had been working hard on it; however after saying that the service got even worse. We heard nothing during the application process, everytime we would call for an update our sales guy Hussain was never available. He would text and say he wasn't in while the receptionist would say he is busy helping customers. Hussain nor the company treated us fairly during this whole experience. Finally after reaching out so many time Hussain tried 1 bad credit pla e vs banks like we suggested since we had great repore with on time payments. So the bad credit place of course said they would finance at such a high interest rate that the 12 foot tent trailer worth $15,000 that we wanted at the end of the term we would of paid $108,000. That's right over $100,000 for a tent trailer built like crap. Camp Mart completely judged us and didn't listen when we already knew we would be approved by a bank, they lost a sale, a potential customer and any positive word of mouth. Completely unprofessional, judgment and misleading promotions. I would never recommend this company to anyone, they are not in it for the customer at all.”
