“Will never step foot in this dealership again and will tell anyone that is looking for a car to avoid this place. I looked at a car and liked it and had to go grab my wife to come look at the car (an hour drive round trip). Expressed that I was worried about some one coming in after me and snatching the car up. Was told i could put a $200 dollar deposit down to hold the car. There was never a verbal mention of it being non-refundable and the only thing that said it was at the very bottom of the "deposit receipt" under where you sign. Yes, my fault for not reading the entire paper before signing but this dealership knew that this would happen and never expressed that it was non refundable just hoping for me not to read the bottom. Well, they got me. If this is how they nickel and dime over just $200 then I would be worried about the quality of cars they put out. When I asked for my deposit back (only six hours later) ,not even a full day, they stonewalled me saying they could not refund it. The price for the car and the payments did not work out for my current situation. I don't think that this dealership should be trusted with any of their business. Wish I could give 0 stars”
