Second visit to get issues rectified, took over 1 hour to reduce oil level and bash plate bolt not tighten up, only a few threads in. First time experience with just a basic oil change from a dealer and can't even get that right for something so simple.”

“Good price and stock but the website needs some serious rework. Specifications were completely wrong and misleading also nothing mentioned the quantity of wheel lugs. There was 5 in a pack but nothing said that in description or Specifications. Also says it's ships in 2-5 days. After 4 days I was told their supplier was sending it to them and they won't receive it for another 4 days. Then it will be sent to me providing it arrives when they say it will. If you need it urgently maybe ring to check stock first. Nothing said low stock or out of stock on their website. If I knew that I would have bought elsewhere.”

After my first service Mazda charged me and was told that it wasn't in my contract. I would like others to know, be careful they don't keep there word and left it out of the agreement . Also $12 for a loan car. Great customer service. Not for the $12 just the respect and customer service. I have made 2 calls to South port Mazda and no call back. Disappointing what a let down. “I love the fact that current retail institutions like supercheap auto have adapted to current technology in terms of searching for suitable servicing needs by simply selecting your vehicle in cart , or running your registration through their search engine. Sadly, however, this is absolutely flawed at this store. There is nothing more frustrating than walking into a building that doesn't have free public wifi access, yet cellular coverage is also compromised by the concrete foundations. To make matters worse, they have done away with catalogues and have QR codes to scan. Wouldn't be such a problem if the staff on the floor wanted to actually serve customers, but this wasn't the case today. Terrible Service .”
