They have corrected the shipping to $50 and the tires and rims have been delivered. The quality of the tires seem good and I am happy that the company was willing to work with me to resolve the issue. ******** They specifically advertise as free shipping but at the last check out page switch the shipping to $240. They do say on their website that free shipping does not apply for northern Ontario or remote locations. Which I am not. When switching the address multiple times using my work in Brampton and family members in Niagara Falls, the shipping automatically changed for them as well. Where in Ontario applies for free shipping? When I called the man I spoke with just kept saying it is not free shipping for your region. Then blamed his English that he wasn’t understanding me and hung up. His English was fine, he knew this was a scam and didn’t want to answer my question. Might as well go to Canadian Tire and save the $240.”

“Purchased a set of tires on November 11, 2023 for $260 before tax so $300 after tax (they were inside the building on a rack) and was told by the worker at the cash it was a final sale and to make sure they fit my vehicle cause there was no returns so I purchased them as they looked in very good condition but today (November 18, 2023) I went to my local dealership to have them installed and one of the tires is unusable! when the mechanic added air there is a bulge the size of a baseball on the side of the tire! so now I only have 3 tires out of the 4 that are useable/safe to use! VERY upset/angry about this because I assumed all the tires that were sold inside the store were checked and verified before they were added to the racks to be sold for the price of $65 per used tire…now I have to buy a new tire of the same make/model for $175 if I want to keep those tires I paid $300 for…I went to Kenny u Pull to save money on tires and in the end it ended up costing me the price I could’ve paid at Canadian tire for 4 brand new tires!!! 😡😡😡😡😡”
