The service rep went over everything I needed done tire pressure, wind shield wipers, trouble with TCS full circle inspection and added PA state inspection and emissions. I sat comfortably in waiting room and my car was finished at 9:00 am. I also got to see the video of my car being worked on. That was awesome. Service here has always been great but it gets better whenever I come in. I can’t say enough about the service staff. My daughter told me one of her clients drives down from Lancaster to get his service done there because they are so efficient! Great job guys!!”

I really liked that I could see video of service technician as he reviewed my Rogue out in the garage, nice feature. Also, I requested battery to be checked as vehicle 5 years old. Nissan battery price was very good so I proceeded to have them take care of that too. Saved me time, and money running around to save a few dollars. The lady I met with at the Union park BMW dealership at Wilmington city was slow to respond, rude, arrogant, ignored us, made us wait for hours and did not bother to communicate respectively. She kept attending to other customers who did not take an appointment. And then I call up Devon - They did not just arrange the fastest test drive, but also were keeping in touch answering all my queries the fastest. Frank and Alex - helped me change the options in my car with due diligence and helped me get my favorite customized version. This dealership’s attitude and extreme professionalism deserves a big applaud and recognition. I’m glad I went to their dealership cause they made everything feel special for me. They are 1 hour away from where I live yet I have never been happier I drove that length to get this experience. They are very transparent in their dealing. I’m glad I did not go with Union park BMW dealership ! I would say- go to a dealership who are not just professional but also good people! “I brought my car in for an issue that was covered by warranty. I asked them to do an oil change since they would have my car a couple weeks. While doing that they recommended I replace one of the back tires. I had them do that as well as replace a front tire that I was having tire pressure issues with. Once I received my car back it immediately gave me an error message. I text them with a pic of the error ( we had been communicating 90% through text prior to this). After a week of no response I followed up and they just told me to make an appointment. It took a couple weeks and my car sounded bad, like the original issue was back. Made an appointment and they told me now I needed to replace the other 2 tires to fix it! That didn’t make any sense but I felt like I had no other option. I got 2 more new tires. Once I received it back my brakes sound horrible. Each fix leads to another new fix, with issues that were never issues before I brought it to Manderbach. I’m going to get new brakes but I’m taking it somewhere else. The money, time and inconvenience is crazy. I’m not sure if I’m being taken advantage of or if they are just messing things up when they fix other things!”
