“I'm a female myself. So this review definitely isn't being sexist or anything related. Recently they've had a group of females working up front at the checkout. Who surprisingly know NOTHING about cars or car parts. The customers shouldn't have to be educating the employees everytime. But the employee questioning my response as if I wasn't being honest (which I most certainly was 100%) is flat out insulting!!! I understand this is because you're employees aren't educated anything about cars or know how to tell what part is what. But just imagine how much this business is losing here because of this. The ones who take advantage of the uneducated are being dishonest getting charged less then they should be paying. Then there's your employees insulting the customers due to their lack of knowledge for this business!! I've been going here for years but I've never felt so insulted as the last couple times I've been here. I'm sure the female employees don't question the male customers as they do the females.”

“SAFETY CONCERN BEWARE!!! This business deserves nothing more than a ZERO. Customer service ZERO and more importantly ZERO for their poor workmanship. Long story short, took in BRAND NEW F-150 truck to get a Rough Country 2-Brand Ford Leveling Billet Strut extension .. and boy do I regret this decision. Soon after, I took a left turn when suddenly the truck made a loud popping noise (thought it was a flat tire) Nope! The right steering knuckle and control arm broke releasing the tire. Yup, all thanks to their careless job!!! We called explained the situation and they simply washed their hands clean of any wrong doing and didn’t even offer to take a look at it. We took truck in to a reputable dealership in town where we were told they were certain (99.9%) the issue stemmed from the careless leveling job completed by 4wheel auto.”

“At 74, and having close to 50 motor vehicles in my life, I have never experienced an auto repair shop even close to JayBees. I was driving our Ford F150 home from Port Townsend, WA, where I learned that we had a major repair needed to the engine. Luckily I came across JayBees website and was compelled to call. Lucky me, Shelly Maynard answers the phone and a real conversation takes place. Why is this point important? I’ll ask you the reader of this review, when is the last time you called any service business and experienced a person who was authentic and cared about why you were calling? I set an appointment a few days after I would return home to Tucson and explained that I had an extended warranty service I’d not used before. Shelly assured me that they work with the various companies often and that she would take the lead. JayBees Auto Service is owned and operated by women, and has been for several decades. It’s my opinion, that this is why it’s run and operated with such dignity. Every step of the way I was communicated with and advised about making decisions as the mechanic discovered a few additional issues. After less than a week, our truck was ready to be brought home. I had not met anyone in person yet, because we dropped it off the night before our appointment. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Jacqui Harry, and Shelly at the same time. This entire experience was so uniquely enjoyable that it still is resonating with me, even two weeks afterwards. Thank you JayBees! Barry”
