“I had my car vandalized and needed a new vehicle until repairs were finished. I had the unfortunate experience of coming to this shop. The store was in complete disarray as the employees didn’t seem to know what car was going to who. I had been shuffled around by 3 different workers, and ultimately taken out and shown a car. When I was shown they simply asked me to look the car over before having me sign on a pad without explaining what the signatures were for. They then handed me the keys. I only later found out they denied telling me of their protections for the car and instead forced me to use my insurance to cover damages. This is an entirely shade branch of Enterprise. I spent a week trying to get a hold of anyone in the office and had to call multiple times to speak to anyone in charge.”

“I used their tow service thru a third party to junk my car. All went as smooth as anyone could ask for. I would have given 5stars but the the driver was a little late. With that being said, I wish I had got the driver's name because he was absolutely awesome! He kept me updated on his ETA thru phone calls and texts. When he arrived he was very professional and very animated, he must have told me to enjoy the holidays more times than I can count on one hand and kept a huge smile on his face the entire time. All in all, if all the drivers are even half as good as he was, I would highly recommend their tow services if ever in need!”
