“Marcos at the North Lamar location is my AutoZone hero. I was stranded at the Research Blvd location because unfortunately on that specific day, they didn't have anyone available to install a battery for me after purchasing. My battery was completely dead and wasn’t responding to a jump attempt (kindly facilitated by the Research Blvd staff), and my options were limited. I called the North Lamar location, explained the situation to Marcos, he seamlessly facilitated a battery purchase over the phone, and then DROVE the battery over to me at the Research Blvd location and installed it like an absolute expert and champion. Marcos single-handedly insured that I could make it up to Dallas to see my family, and I am extremely, extremely grateful for how above and beyond he went. It was customer service at its finest, and is an experience I will not forget. Thank you, Marcos!”

“I purchased a 2002 Lexus SC430 from R&D Motors about a year ago. I wanted to wait a while before posting my review just to be sure that the vehicle was sound. I absolutely love this vehicle and love the team and R&D. They are super easy to work with. They make the buying process fast and easy. I would definitely buy from them again and send my friends and family to buy cars here. Some of these reviews with 1 or 2 stars talking about how their vehicle was repossessed because they did not pay or have insurance is funny. I do not understand how that is the fault of the dealership. Any finance company would repossess a vehicle if the contract is not being upheld.”

“Scheduled a 9AM appointment 2 days out; they had called the next day and confirmed my appointment, and today I was in and out for my in-shop appt in 1.5hrs for a windshield replacement. I believe my tech was Michael and he did great in assisting me today. He also let me know my windshield had been replaced before & warned me before service that there could potentially be rust underneath the reseal (21 year old car) that could prevent them from being able to seal a windshield again without rust removal body work first. Thankfully that wasn't the case!”
