When I spoke to Ktm reps at the Motorcycle show they told me that the dealer is lying so I ended up cancelling my deposit and got the motorcycle from another dealer at the Motorcycle show who had multiple bikes available at the time.”

His prices seem higher than some others, but he is operating fully legal with tax added to the bill where competitors are cash deals and tax isn't discussed. 4 stars out of 5 as I do save money with others doing similar cleaning for less cash. (They say tax is included in cash payment?) Quality of cleaning is most times very good and if there is an issue, they will take care of it. I recommend them.”

“Really disappointed in their customer service. I emailed a week ago looking for a quote for a modification, after a few days I sent a follow up, no response, after a week I sent another follow up only to be told that there was no off the shelf solution. I can't speak to the mechanics ability (which I'm sure is great) sadly I never got past their customer service. Despite what their website claims, they do not seem to be interested in doing anything that's not an easy off the shelf purchase and install. The claims of fabrication, and alteration of "just about anything you can think of" seems as though it's a bit of a stretch. It's a bold claim to be sure, and absolutely hard to live up to, so maybe it shouldn't be the main thing you advertise? That being said, all I was asking about was putting larger wheels on my car, not really that far fetched of a concept. They were extremely quick to respond to me by email once they thought I might leave a negative review, no doubt they will respond quickly to this review too...”
