“Staff was friendly and welcoming. That’s why they get one star. Now on to the service. They were quick about getting back to me on what needed to be done. However after I declined the work I went to pick up my car and they wanted to charged me for 2 diagnostics. How are you going to charge me for 2 when you did everything all at once. A diagnostic is when you go over what is wrong with the car. Just cause there were 2 things wrong with the car doesn’t mean you should be able to charge double for it. If you did the diagnostic at 2 different times then that is on you not me. I brought it in and expected to pay the diagnostic fee of 165. However when you want to add on another 165 because you had to do “2” diagnostic then that is where you lose all my business in the future. I don’t care if you cut one of those fees in half. I expected one diagnostic and that’s what I was going to pay. However now because you want to charge me double you will not get any more service from me and I will tell everyone I know and can not to come here.”

“My husband bought his jeep stock last year. Since then, we’ve worked with Joel at 4WP 3 separate times and we’re already planning on our 4th. Joel is very knowledgeable, recommendations are on point and his beard ain’t bad either, lol. Smitty built roof rack, 2in lift, pro comp a/t 33" tires, led headlights. By the way, the tires handle really well in rain which was super important to us. If you want quality work and someone that actually knows/cares what they are talking about (and not just trying to make a sale), then I highly recommend 4WP and Joel.”

“Went in to look for a new vehicle to replace our 2021 F-150 Limited pickup. We meet up with Ken Egle at Red McCombs Ford, whom we’ve purchased 2 other vehicles from. We told him what we were looking for. He took us to a new Ford Expedition Max. It was beautiful. We took it out for a test drive and it drove like a dream. When all was said and done and a deal needed to be made the numbers just weren’t there for us to purchase the vehicle.With the help of Ken and Brandon Reyna (who helped us with the purchase of our previous 2 trucks) they were able to work the numbers so we could purchase our new 2024 Ford Expedition. The whole process was smooth and painless. Working with Jason Manko the financial person and going through the process of warranties and extras to help keep our vehicle running and in top shape for the next 6 years the buying process was complete. I have nothing but accolades and 5 star ratings for Red McCombs Ford West sales. Their Quick lane services and auto service department also deserve 5 stars as well. We will continue to be loyal Ford Customers to Ken, Brandon and Jason. Thank you again for making our dreams of owning an Expedition of this caliber possible. Hopefully in the Future Ford will go back to making their E-150,250 or 350 Conversion vans. They were wide, stable and fun to van camp in as well as travel around the US, Canada and Alaska.
