“Good price and stock but the website needs some serious rework. Specifications were completely wrong and misleading also nothing mentioned the quantity of wheel lugs. There was 5 in a pack but nothing said that in description or Specifications. Also says it's ships in 2-5 days. After 4 days I was told their supplier was sending it to them and they won't receive it for another 4 days. Then it will be sent to me providing it arrives when they say it will. If you need it urgently maybe ring to check stock first. Nothing said low stock or out of stock on their website. If I knew that I would have bought elsewhere.”

“I purchase a new car every 3 years. I purchased a Mazda for my Daughter and asked to make sure that I have 3 years service and 3 years on road. After my first service Mazda charged me and was told that it wasn't in my contract. I would like others to know, be careful they don't keep there word and left it out of the agreement . Also $12 for a loan car. Great customer service. Not for the $12 just the respect and customer service. I have made 2 calls to South port Mazda and no call back. Disappointing what a let down. Robina have been very helpful and contacted me same day. Good customer service.”

“This is the lowest score iv ever had to give through out all of my reviews. My partner was charged for a service that had no results.Went to other auto repairs and they said they wouldn't charge. Emailed through twice through to management and had no reply . Rang the store to talk to the manager and he was confident in the service he provided saying it covered labour costs and that was their policy . I do not agree and would not recommend this store at all. By the looks of other reviews the manager needs some serious Management training on customer service skills. “20/10 for the team at burleigh. Leigh has been so fantastic throughout our whole planning stage just incredible. She was so helpful on our drop in visit and her knowledge and attention to detail was sensational. I’ll miss our emails. Casey’s handover was fantastic (I did run away when she was explaining the toilet so only hubby knows how to do that). The van is better than we could have imagined. Thank-you so much for an amazing experience with our first van. It towed beautifully on our 600km trip home barely knew it was there. We cannot wait for our next chapter of holidays to begin. Highly recommend this team.”
