“Try to get a part for a Mazda they claim they had the part but it had to be shipped to them and they would have the next day. They wanted $125 for the part. I just ordered the same part brand new from eBay for $133. If you go there you better bring Vaseline because you’re going to get screwed. They actually want the same price for a used part as a new one insane even told the person at that I was talking to that I could get one from eBay for that price. His answer was well. We have to have a shipped here that’s why. At those prices are not quite sure how you’re staying in business good luck.”

“I had initially visited another dealer in the Chicago-land area, that is actually ½ the distance from my home to that of Gina’s. My experience at that dealership was the polar opposite of my experience at Gina’s. Gina’s has a warm, and friendly… almost family atmosphere. Maybe because it is a family owned business, and not part of a big chain, that they can be so humble and relaxed. I went in with the full intention to order a new Indian Pursuit. (I had the same intention with the other dealer). I went in, looked at bikes, met George, he gave me the run down on the bikes, explained, answered questions, but never added any pressure to the mix. He offered me to take a test ride on one of the Challengers they had, and I accepted. I wasn’t prepared, so he loaned me a helmet and jacket. I loved the ride, came back, walked around the store and thought about it and placed an order. When the bike arrived, I went back, test drove it, loved it more, we made a deal. George gave me an honest deal on my trade in. I am very happy with the low pressure, easy going, and pain free process. The delivery of the bike (in winter) was smooth and easy, and the delivery guy was also a fantastic person, and I am sorry I don’t remember the name. All the staff here are good people. Everyone was super helpful, and pleasant to deal with. George, and Tammy (at the end of the purchase process who got the joy of taking my money) are fantastic people to deal with. All I can say is a big thank you for making the process exactly what it should be. And the best part of the whole thing is that I am now the owner of such a fantastic bike that I can barely believe that it is mine. I am so happy with this bike, it is perfect in every way. I look forward to the ride down for any necessary service. THANK YOU AGAIN to George and Tammy for making it happen!”

“I've been going to Shorewood home and auto for a few years now. I do a lawn service, service people's equipment and I get my equipment and parts from them. I'm like the store, I provide service to many people and I do a lot of my business with them. I've had a few differences with them a long the way, but at the end of the day I'm glad and thankful for them being there for me and all there customers. So, remember no one is perfect by all means but they do there best each and every day to help. Staff is great, love the store and I will always continue to be a customer of Shorewood home and auto.”
