“Terrible customer service from girl behind counter! I recently had car problems & went to Repco in Malaga to purchase the part. Girl at counter advised they didn't have the part but Morley had 4. I asked if she could please call & confirm , she answered with 'They're showing 4 , you'll be right ' ( There were 3 people behind the counter & no other customers so it wasn't busy for her to be able to make a call ) We drove to the Morley store & unfortunately they did not have the part I required as the girl hadn't even done the rego check to confirm which part was required. Balcatta were showing one, so I called the store to confirm & yes they had it however it was close to closing time so we now had to wait for the next day which was a bit annoying as I wasn't able to drive my car to work the next day. I work in retail & will always call the store if I am sending a customer there way, it's good customer service & prevents frustrating situations such as this.”
