However the main issue is with the reaching your car. You have to take multiple pictures of your parked car and the place around otherwise it gets confusing.”

“I just purchased a new Volvo XC60 Recharge from Mo at Patrick Volvo, and had a great seamless experience. I knew what I wanted a few months ago and he ordered it for me, when the car arrived he had everything ready so it wasn’t an all day affair at the dealership. He even had the Volvo Guru Phoenix get me dialed in to all the special features including the Volvo app. There is so much to cars these days and its nice to have someone who knows what they are doing break it down for me. “Poor customer service and rushed shotty work. I have been waiting 2 weeks for the manager Fernando to call me back who always seems to be in a “meeting”. I got tired of a calling and I am not happy. I had to return several times after my repair was done because they forgot to fix some electrical work. My sport/eco mode button wasn’t working and Victor my service tech said I would have to return another day when they had time because the repair required his guys to remove the entire center console. Then, a few days after I get my car back I notice the car charger port was not working and had to return yet again. This time, they damaged my center console because I can see where they stuck the trim removal tool in several spots leaving chips and dent marks on a brand new center console. They clearly rushed through this work and now I’m left with this and to top it off, the usb port no longer illuminates like it did before so it’s difficult to find the port in the nighttime. Fernando, if you’re reading this please do the right thing here. My phone number is on file and I would like this taken care of asap. I will not me recommending this repair shop to anybody at this point.”

They told me since my credit wasn't the best that's all I could get but. Theres always a first time buyer deal no matter where you go ! The vehicle they sold me was the worst car I've ever drove within 4 months of the purchase it had LOTS of problems don't trust this place go somewhere else they will milk you for the last drop of money you have DONT GO HERE. And to top it off they charge bi weekly car payments. These people are shiesty rip off artists and its crazy because Latinos and blacks are their main clients they claim to help us but in the end they're vultures. This won't be over lawsuit coming soon!”

“I've been with Accurate since about 2009. I really never had any problems. However I realized after getting some quotes from other places that I might not have been getting the best deal. I expressed to some agents when they called about possibly finding another car insurance company and no one seemed to care. Which is fine, I'm sure they have plenty of new customers. But I feel like since I have been a customer with Accurate for such a long time, you would think I would be treated as a VALUED customer. They let me leave without even asking what I was quoted or what they could do to keep me. On two separate occasions when I mentioned I was going elsewhere, they all said okay and the call was ended without a care in the world. I won't do business with a company that doesn't value the long term customers they do have and I recommend to everyone out there to search around and check what else is available. I had a very basic plan without roadside assistance and was paying more then what I will be paying with the new company INCLUDING roadside. While there are many insurance companies available for consumers like me. Staying with a company who values you is important regardless of what else is out there. The interactions with them shows that I was just another person and a loss they could care less about.”
