“I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and concern regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to this store While shopping in the Store, I was unfortunately subjected to a highly unprofessional and inappropriate conversation between the store manager, and other employees. During this conversation, I overheard the manager discussing my parenting. The comments made were not only deeply hurtful and judgmental but also a blatant violation of my privacy and respect as a customer. To have my parenting openly criticized and discussed in such a public setting was not only humiliating but also deeply offensive. I am appalled that a manager would engage in such unprofessional conduct, especially in a position of authority within the store. This behaviour not only reflects poorly on the store but also on the overall culture and values of the establishment.if I could give 0 stars I would.”

“This review is dedicated to an older female, brown hair, named Chris I was told. I explained my situation to her as my Bowdens Snow Cannon broke at the thread for the second time, she checked if it could be replaced, and assumed it was over tightened or dropped. It was not. The plastic was brittle and broke in less than a year after being replaced. That assumption was bad customer service and I would not recommend any customer talk to her. The rest of the staff is very respectful and understanding, she was not. Her service was worth 1 star the rest of the store and other employees deserve 5 stars. That is my reasoning for 3 stars”

“PROCHECK are legends. Had the head gasket go on my 80 series which especially at this time of year was looking like my worst nightmare. Everyone I dealt with at PROCHECK getting this fixed before Christmas could not have been better. They did an awesome job getting my car back on the road and I can't thank them enough. My car is running better than it ever has 😁 Thanks all and I hope you have a merry Christmas like I will now.”
