“Initially called to have my lock replaced on my security door. After sending pics of my lock, it took 2-3 days to get a definitive response as to how we could go forward in replacing and repairing my lock. I was told the lock was a custom lock, and had to be ordered. I was never given a time table or an estimate as to how much it would cost to replace or when it could actually be replaced. After calling several times over the course of 2-3 weeks, I was finally notified my custom lock had arrived and a technician would come out to replace it. Mind you, I had no direct communication from this company itself, I had to take initiative every step of the way to find out any bit of information as to what was going on with my “ordered” lock. The first red flag. When Adam finally got out to my residence, he was able to unlock my broken lock but notified me the ordered parts were the wrong ones, and that it would have to be reordered with the correct parts. Well, I received the same lack of communication and care as I did before. Never heard from Adam and had to literally call or text once or twice a week to get any sort of update. Which I was told, “the part is ordered, we haven’t forgotten about you” every single time. Well it’s been well over a month now and I still haven’t heard from Adam about anything about my lock so this is why I’m leaving this adverse review. I chose this company because of the reviews in hopes someone could help me because as a single parent, I couldn’t afford to keep calling locksmiths out to my residence, charging me $40-50 only to tell me they couldn’t help me -which was my experience prior to calling A1. I seriously hope no one has this horrible experience with this company as I have, and I hope going forward Adam and his team at A1 communicate better with their costumers as to the true status of what is really going on.”

“Went in for brake rotor resurfacing. Didnt bother to even look at the rotors. Straight lied to my face that they cannot do it since they dont carry specification for my car (2013 honda accord) very common car. Called another location and offcourse they can do it. I dont know how this people even get hired to this jobs but dont want to do their jobs.”
