“Worst auction ever !! We had a Repo towed there and they told us we needed keys, debugging and a detail and we agreed to pay for the services. They ran the unit but we didn't get enough and told them to run it again, and this happened a couple of times. They then told us it's not selling because the dashboard and steering column is extremely damaged. We asked how could that be if they made a key, debugged it and detailed the unit but didn't mention any damage. And, how could they even make a key if there wasn't a dam key hole due to damage and they just kept saying it came in like that. They are obviously dishonest and trying to screw a loyal customer of over 15 years ! We tried to complain to the corporate office but no help there either. we are now securing an attorney to sue them for the damage and inconvenience. What a horrible company !!”
