Mind you, he was still in the middle of serving a customer. Waiting patiently, I walked over to were the wiper blades were to grab them myself as I thought it was so rude he took a call while servingme. 5 minutes later he came over to where I was still on the personal call to point to the blades I needed. Bloody rude and disappointing service repco. Teach your employees how customer service works and to not service while taking personal calls.”
