“DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!! The biggest reason I gave SIXT Rent a Car a one star is because I could not give them zero. SIXT seemed fine up front but when we brought our car back, they told us that there was damage on the car that was not there when we rented it. We explained to them that the damage was there, and we could not view the damage pictures on their website. We spoke with an agent, and they assured us that we were fine. WELL, when we got home, they charged us over $700 for a 10mm scratch on one of the wheels. Again, we brought this to their attention before we left the terminal. Then when we returned it all we were asked to do was to put the keys on the dash. I tried speaking to multiple levels of the company but was only able to exchange emails. Even though I thoroughly explained to them multiple times that the damage was already done, they just told me it was my responsibility. So, not only were we charged for something we did not do, but we were also gouged. $700 for a scratch that was already there... I'm willing to bet NOTHING was done to repair the scratch and someone else will be charged for the damage in the future. In the end, I paid the charge because I do not want to go to court in Vegas and/or have my credit ruined. I will do my best to warn as many potential vehicle renters that I can. Renter be warned!! “A clean, convenient and friendly place to get your vehicle washed and sparkling clean. I’ve never had to wait in line at this car wash. There are other cars there, but the system is organized and the tunnel is long so multiple cars can go through it at a time. The staff get you in and out at the payment box and they give you air freshener and a dash moist towelette. A blue towel is a $1 extra. Bigger packages may include it, but I just get the basic $7 wash and it does a great job on my SUV. The water is recycled so it’s good for the environment and that makes me happy too since we live in a desert. The covered vacuuming stations are spacious and there are tubes on both sides so cleaning your carpets and seats is quick. NOTE: Be sure to push your side mirrors in, take off any long antennas and secure your front license plate. Those blue spinning scrubbers in the car wash tunnel are strong. I had to bend my front plate back into shape. I also have a few new micro scratches and swirls on my side doors and hood. It’s not a big deal for me because I drive an older vehicle. My car looks great overall. If you have a brand new car you may need get a touch-polishing.”

Other so-called good mechanics failed to solve problems that affect the safety of the car, driver, and passengers. Their rates are reasonable. They installed new headlights, a newer driver seatbelt, a gas tank filler gasket, and checked all the fluids, too. Their time to do the repairs were ahead of schedule. And I am 100% satisfied with their work and effort to get the job done right. This is the only mechanic in Las Vegas I will go to from now on.”

“Bad company when it comes to the quality of used parts and customer service. On 06.13.2023 I purchased a used engine for my Ford Fusion. The first problem started with the difference in the price online compared to the price in the physical store (more expensive) for the same product. Once the purchase was made, even with the higher value, the engine was delivered and when installed in the vehicle, it was in terrible condition. Contacted to replace the engine, LKQ took more than 10 days to authorize the replacement, as the company technician who would be sent to analyze the engine never showed up. After the exchange was made (I had expenses to take the engine to the company because of LKQ), I was given another engine again with a problem (4 broken parts). I've contacted the company and they told me that the external parts of the engine has no warranty and they didn't provided this information at the moment of the purchase. I also inform you that the company kept my original engine and informed that it disposed of it, making it impossible to return the part. I have been without my car for 3 weeks and I work with my vehicle, due to the negligence of LQK, which does not even review the products it sells. I would not recommend this company to anyone in need of parts for their vehicle and If I could I'd like to give zero stars.”

“I could not believe today. We were looking for a radiator for my son’s 07 Malibu with fan and shroud. We unbolted it and took it to the front office and for the used radiator that was a little banged up and the broken shroud they quoted me $165.00. I said no and went home and ordered all new parts for $195.00. It is no longer worth it to buy the used parts when they charge almost as much as new.”
