“Autos Crisma is a very reliable company. Manuel helped me a lot. He is an exceptional person with great pacience. Recently, I've bought a car from them (a VW Golf MK7). Long story short, I've felt very appreciated as a client and they helped me with everything that was in their power. This company, together with their employees, are the definition of "customer satisfaction". They offered me solutions for every single thing that I had to deal with. I live in Romania and the car had to be transferred here by truck (unfortunately I couldn't obtain temporary plates from Romanian authorities). When I've told that to Manuel, he spoke with a company that they collaborate with, and due to this fact they made me a very good price for transferring the car to Romania. It arrived safely without any other kind of issues. I forgot to add that Autos Crisma made a cost free revision to the car ( engine oil + filters). I really like the car, is in a great condition and it runs great.”

“These guys are just hopeless. Seat might be a low tier brand of car but this is no reason for poor and dishonest service. I've had a few dealings with them in the past that always start with the disinterested, rude girl that answers the phone and then puts you through to whoever you talk to next with a barely hidden dislike for the fact you've asked her to do something and zero courtesy or actual interest. Then comes the service department who the first time I spoke to them charged me 150€ to change a brake light (apparently the whole cluster needed replacing) when it came back the light was still broken and they fixed it by actually changing the light bulb. If this happens to you it is actually insanely easy to do yourself with a little YouTube tuition and the garage was obviously taking advantage of my vulnerability here to effectively steal my money. This is now the second time talking to them and three days after being told I'd get a quote the same day I'm still waiting. Bad service from a brand nobody wants to drive, one star.”

“This is what good service looks like! Immaculate machines kept in good order. We hired two KTM790’s, perfect tool for island touring. Booking was easy and immediately confirmed via phone call explaining all the requirements. Collection day was effortless and the loan kit is fine. The two days for two bikes worked out around £400 which is really good value. We covered about 135km per day getting to see the whole island and, eating in great places away from the usual tourists spots. Highly recommended.”
