“What a great experience so far from Jeremy Lobestein at Auto Expo VW, France. Both my husband and I are pretty basic French speakers but Jeremy's english is excellent. We found our car online and made an appointment to view it. We test drove it and have now bought it. Everyone at Auto Expo were super friendly and so helpful and they are doing all the paper work with registration etc, which is a job we didn't look forward to. We are due to pick the car up on the 12th of July, so let's hope all goes well. Don't be afraid to visit if your an English speaker, just let them know in advance and they will be happy to help.”

“During our vacation in St. Malo in August our Audi Q5 indicated low cooling fluid and directed us to attend an auto repair shop. So we promptly went to the Audi dealership and workshop in St. Malo without an appointment. The employee at the service desk gave us a warm welcome and spoke perfect english (which was very helpful because my french is good enough for vacation but not for technical car problems). One of the mechanics took care of our car immediately and within a very short waiting time the cooling fluid was refilled, the car checked and driven up. My question for the invoice and the cost of the repair was answered with a smile and the words "this is a complementary service, enjoy your vacation and have a good day". Expecting a certain invoice, I was blown away. This is by far one of the best service experiences I had with an auto repair shop. The gentleman from Audi truly understood my situation and did not only give great service to us as Audi customer, he furthermore showed me as a tourist and visitor of St. Malo how welcome we are. This was very special and remarcable. Merci beaucoup Team Audi Saint Malo! Absolutely recommended!”
