“I bought a vehicle (cruzer) 6 months ago from Miraggio, they took more than 10 days to deliver the car claiming there was a problem with the cooling, on the first day with the car there was a problem with the automatic transmission, I went back to the auto center 15 days later I picked up the car and there was a leak in the stand that cools the engine, he went back to the auto center, a week later I picked up the car, used it for 5 days and on the sixth day there was a problem with the gearshift again, they exchanged the car for one in the first week, I got in touch reporting the problems which were fixed by Auto Center Miraggio! However, the car continued to have problems. I took it to another mechanic, where I changed the tank, as it was leaky. Even though the leak continued, I returned to the Miraggio auto center. The mechanic said it was air and that I could go traveling, but during the trip the car boiled. I will have to do the cylinder head, I asked for the opinion of another professional who said that they sold me the car with a condemned cylinder head and I was not well advised by their mechanic who saw that it was leaking and I did not open it to find out where it was coming from. I tried to reach an agreement with the store, but in vain! Conclusion, unfortunately, they sold me a vehicle that they already knew the head would burn out! I'll pay to have it done by another professional. But I want a refund for what I already spent.”
