“Unbelievable. This was one of those experiences we will never forget. This jeep handled things I could have never fathomed making it through in a regular Jeep. I'm sure there's a lot of Jeep rentals in the area but the helpfulness of the staff here was 🔥💯🔥 We often rent off-road vehicles when traveling and we are so glad we went with the upgraded Jeep instead of a razor or something . It's capabilities were perfect for the area. And being in a nice toasty warm Jeep in the rain and snow made the experience much more pleasant. Vehicle Was in excellent condition and I had no hesitation having my three kids in it safety-wise. We weren't quite sure which Jeep company to rent from and could not have been more happy with how flexible and helpful the people here were. We definitely had some hiccups and they were so incredibly kind and accommodating. We will definitely be coming back here the next time we're in Moab!”

“I would put 0 stars if I could, if you are having mechanical issues take your car to a real mechanic & avoid these victor’s tires shops. They had my car for over 4 months, my car needed a new transmission & they gave me the run around eventually gave me back my car claiming they had replaced the transmission but they never even touched my transmission but did charge me thousands of dollars for something they didn’t do. They are very dishonest & unprofessional, they have little kids working upfront that are rude & don’t know what they are talking about. If you are looking for a great service mechanic I recommend OBARA COLLISION & REPAIRS Alexander had my car ready in less than a week, after i refused to bring my car back to Victor himself who is very shady. Save yourself a headache with these people specially if you’re a woman because they will also talk down to you like if you’re a dumb. Not only that, save your car from getting paint from their hideous bright red fence on your car & scratches inside because if you ask them about it they will say that happened somewhere else. “Very rude driver. They cut you off with that big truck. Then turn around and drive at 30 mph in a 45 just to be rude because I honked at him for pulling out in front of me in a round-a-bout. They act just like they also think they are cops. That was exactly how slow he was going. The first part I thought I was recording showed the speed in it but then I realized I wasn't recording. I just randomly start recoding people and post negative reviews for no reason. Obviously something about this interaction prompted me to feel I should take the time to post a review on this. He was lucky I was paying close attention or else I would have hit the side of his truck with my kids in the car. I just barely got done picking my kids up from school. To have this huge tow truck dart out in front of me because he was to impatient to wait for me. I had 0 cars behind me. No instead he decides that his time was to important and had to get 2 vehicles in a space of time only 1 should have been. Then the owner comes up with excuses for their actions instead of coming up with an apologie. I would have likely updated my review to 3 or 4 stars after getting a proper response. But it will remain 1 star. Look at the lines on the road. That's how fast they move when traveling 30 mph. Not 45.”

“First, I would like to say I understand owning a boat or anything for that matter comes with the potential of having to get something fixed from time to time. I purchased my boat in march 2022. I deployed at the beginning of 2023. My boat had been in storage until I got back. When I got back I started the boat up and realized it was stuck in drive. No one had used it while I was gone. I contact Mud Buddy and described to them my situation. I informed them I knew my warranty had expired and was just looking for some help. After speaking with Keith or Kenny can not remember his name. He informed me that I should turn it in and have the dealer file it under warranty and that mud buddy will cover the cost due to it being a reoccurring problem with my year of motor. I was not expecting that however, I turned the boat in and informed the dealer what they said and they filed it under warranty. However, a month and half later mud buddy said they would not cover it. That is what I am upset about! You shouldn’t tell someone to turn something in and file under warranty and then not cover it. I could have saved myself $600 in labor by doing it myself. But I went off their word that it would be covered! Never again will I purchase or recommend a Mud buddy to anyone after they lied to me.”

“I came here under many good recommendations for a blown out spark plug on my Honda fit. I thought they did a thorough job, but exactly 1 year later and ~10,000 miles the same spark plug blew out. After talking with several other machines and looking through form for people with the same issue no one has heard of this happening a second time in such a short period of time. The mechanics said it was likely installed incorrectly for this to happen. Master tech said they wouldn't cover any of my second blow out which is going to cost 3k for a new cylinder head... Almost going bankrupt over shotty mechanics.”
