“Way too expensive to service a bike. Just an example, two tyres (Pirelli Angel ST) mounted for 481,83 EUR a while back. Yearly service with oil change about 50% more expensive than another dealer. Very unfriendly staff at the reception. These are just some of the reasons for a 1-Star rating and for me to seek alternatives in other cities, although I live in Heidelberg, 5 minutes from M.A.D. EDIT: I'd like to thank the owner for his response and for confirming the shop charges high (UVP) prices. The unfriendly tone of the reply reflects the nature of the shop and proves my comment about some staff being unfriendly.”

When they published "accident free" it was exactly that. Some of the others were explaining that there was "something" but I should not be concerned. My experience was particularly smooth thanks to Jason Rochholt, he bent over backwards to get the paperwork ready against all odds. “During a longer trip to Germany and back a slight problem occured on my car, an audi of an older make. On the spur of the moment i decided to check the car in the closest Audi center to rule out any safety hazard on the long way back home. A technician was promptly ready and performed a quick test drive with my car. During the drive the technician offered a very professional and helpful opinion on the condition and gave a quick summary of options. The problem turned out to only impair driving comfort and was not a safety hazard. The drive took all in all about half an hour. After returning to the center the technician wished us a pleasant journey home and to my surprise, this whole service was provided without charge. This is what i call outstanding customer service.”

“If I could give them under 0 star I will do it. I sent them a question in order to ask about the car oil price by email. They sent me an invoice of 50 euro in order to pay for that. I sent the same question to manage garages in order to compare the prices and no one else charged for answering my question as it is not even a service. My question was very specific to ask how much they charge for changing Only the engine oil + the engine air filters + the engine oil filters. Their answer was 1698 euro. Because they added more services which I did not even ask for. above that I am obliged to pay them 50 euro? For me this is stealing”
