“Go talk to Paul if you need any help here. He went well out of his way to help me with a battery warranty issue. Tried to charge up my battery for a test which ended up reading BAD so he went to another store to get me a different battery for my truck in case I wanted a new one since the store didn't have my specific battery at the time. Then said if I wanted the same battery he would order it for me and I could come back and pick it up when it arrives. The whole process took hours because the battery had charging issues but he worked with me the entire time and was very understanding about my concerns. His boss was aware of my issues and was very quick to make sure I knew they'd do whatever needed to be done to get me back up and running. I appreciate the help I received here and glad to know I'm getting the battery I need for my truck.”
