“I've done service there and from 79 Euros originally price, when I got there they told me more than 400, but after complained they put back to 79 Euros, but in the end they kind of said needed to check more things and charged me 283Euros without explain in details what was done. Not mentioning they washed the car horrible bad and not even noticed the door was with a strange sound (both of them) and the tyres needs to change soon. So next time I won't go there for sure.”

“Purchasing was a relative breeze. We were excited about our new purchase at Mercedes van Mossel Rotterdam. We were told at the time the delivery time would be 11 months. Definitely long but we accepted it. Its now been 17 months since then and at least three delay extensions if not more. We're told just recently we will have to wait until just one month short of two years since we ordered and based on their track record I anticipate more delays. We had a summer road trip planned with the new car but have had to search for alterative transport. Every delay we discovered by inquire and not from their side leading to very poor communication and a lack of confidence that they can deliver what we now been waiting for a year and a half now...”

“The place is very big and beautiful. But very very poor quality on service in vehicle repairs. The first time I left my van, they left it worse than when Van got to the workshop. My daughter bring the car to repair the headlight of the car and they left it the same as when the car arrived to the Garage. I repaired the headlight myself in the end. Recently and without thinking about the two bad experiences in the mechanical workshop, I enter my camper again to the same place for MOT (apk) They charged me €75.- for hitting it with a hammer until it caused more damage to the car. I could never recommend the service of that place. The three occasions that I left my cars for repairs in that place. I ended up repairing my vehicles myself. I will never, ever go there again.
