“Definitely would not recommend this dealership. Took van in as it needed new fuel pump ( it was a recall request ). They forgot to connect overflow. When filling up at Bernie was alerted by another motorist that fuel was running out onto the ground and all over the area. This is a serious oversight and potentially could have caused serious injury or death if a flame was present. It just sends shivers all through me. Contacted toyota forwarded the photo RACT took when they came to inspect why this was happening. No reply from Toyota management .”

“I've had the misfortune of visiting this Kia dealership three times in the past three months, and each visit has been a disappointing experience. The first time was for a routine 50k service, during which I complained about a strange noise coming from my car. Despite my concerns, when I went to pick up the car, they claimed they couldn't find any issue and I only needed to start the engine for them to be able to hear. After rescheduling another appointment a month later, they finally acknowledged the problem was with the muffler, but shockingly, they didn't have the part in stock. Fast forward two weeks later, I brought my car in again, this time with a recurring warning message indicating an issue with the Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist. Despite my clear explanation, once again, they failed to identify the problem and simply brushed me off with the suggestion to contact them if the issue persists. The dealership is really bad at their job and it's evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. Don't trust them with your car – their service is just terrible all the way through! I would strongly advise against trusting them with any car-related services. Terrible service all around!”

The downside of the service was I didn’t receive my repair card the following week as promised.”
