“I have had the worst experience, with Kia, an all-star used dealership's worst experience EVER! so I purchased a 2021 Camry on 7/5/23 the salesman was Mr. Darryl smh and the finance manager was Christian he doesn't care at all. so I had the vehicle for a little over a month within that month's time I received four phones on 7/13/23 7/15/23 7/25/23 8/3/23 saying I had to return a vehicle stating the deal didn’t go through. (the reason for what they say is couldn't verify my employment and stubs another lie ) but y'all came to my place of employment to get the car! Lies and why let me leave off the lot of I wasn't 100 percent approved. I called the lender (the Second one) cause I had to sign a new agreement with a new lender to speak with them about what was going on. They did not know what was going on. They told me just go to another dealership. So the day they decided to come get the car. I told Christian to bring me my truck and all my information which included my title registration, &license plate when the guy came to pick up my vehicle, he didn’t bring my truck with him I asked where is my vehicle. He stated he didn’t know what I was talking about so he gets on the phone with Brandon. Brandon tells him that my vehicle was at the car lot another lie my truck didn't arrive at the dealership until that Friday 8/4/23 so they expect me to give them back their car without my vehicle smh so I guess they wanted me to Uber a ride to the dealership to get my car. I leave work on Friday I ask the salesman Darrely did they have all my information he told me yes, and I get to the dealership for them to tell me they didn’t have any of my information because they had to send it off it would be here on that Monday 8/8/23 another lie It has been three weeks. I haven’t got my titles. I haven’t got my registration nor have I got my license plate I have called several times I have been up there several times, and they keep telling me the same lie. They gave me a dealership tag that expired so I had to go get another one they claim they order my titles Tuesday 8-7-2023 I found out today that never happen I had to go purchase a new title because they never order my title. They’re rude they don’t care. Nobody has reached out to me to give me an update I have called numerous times they don’t answer the phone n I left messages for Brandon, Christian Darryly, and Mike. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK So I went today 8/16/2023 to purchase a new title. I had to pay $119 and I asked the DMV had a title had been ordered the answer was NO I will be contacting the better bureau business and anybody else I can because this is not right. they don’t greet you when you walk in and they stare at you like you’re crazy I’m so over it. I’m doing whatever I have to do to get the money I had to spend back from these scammers.”

“We had a flat about a mile and a half away from Walpole Tire & and looked for the closest tire repair shop…luckily we also found the best. We were traveling from Texas to Ohio and on a bit of a time crunch. Matt greeted us immediately and even with a full showroom, he took our truck in right away. What we thought was a valve stem issue turned out to be a blow out waiting to happen. Matt showed us the tire and gave us options for replacement. He wasn’t pushy at all. We had a flat tire at 3:41pm and by 4:48pm we had two new front tires at a fair price. In less than 40 mins in a very busy tire shop, we were in our way. While seated in the very comfortable waiting are, one of the employees came out and told an elderly lady that she was all set…not sure what her tire issue was but she was surprised and very appreciative that whatever they did for her was at no cost. Thankful that our flat happened where it did and that Walpole Tire saved the day!”

It literally took 30 mins or less because I have indicators on my car to inform me. Initially, After an hour of waiting I went to ask Danielle about the wait time and she said she tried to start my car and the battery was dead, therefore my car had not been moved for device BUT I went right to my car and cranked it for her. This is simply a review to inform Kia not only did they waste my personal time as a customer, I also wasted my time for work pay. As I live over 40 minutes or almost a hour away depending on traffic . Please schedule your appointments to flow in better manner.Danielle seemed to hint that I was originally assigned to someone else.now I have to find time in my schedule again to just take my car to a local shop as I have in the past to change my oil in less than 20-30 minutes.”

Without hesitation, Edward squeezed us into their busy schedule on the day before Thanksgiving. Not only did he verbally explain everything in full detail, but he also allowed me to take a look at my car in the shop and show me physically what the issue was. His technician, Steve, was also a huge blessing as he was able to also provide education regarding how to prevent this issue in the future.
