I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Adam, at the front desk a year ago, when my engine was destroyed by another retailer; he offered impeccable service then! This year, I ran into another maintenance issue and he and the service team not only located the problem, but went the extra mile to save me some dollars on the service cost (looking for parts in alternative locations)! It doesn’t stop there! Initially, due to holiday backlog, Adam projected they would not be able to troubleshoot my car for the next 4 business days. I left with understanding. But he called me the next day, confirming they had time to “squeeze” me in! My car was ready to pick up way before he even said they’d have time to look into it. Furthermore, they came to pick me up from my residence so I could pick up my vehicle from them! Barely anyone offers this service anymore!! Mike picked me up and it was such a pleasure and honor to ride with him. He also was knowledgeable and so polite!! Top notch service!! And I LOVE the new building set up.”

“We are on vacation in SC and my husband's truck won't start. We head out in 2 days so we called them yesterday and they picked up his truck within an hour. The tow truck driver & staff were very polite, sympathetic, and straightforward. We didn't get an update phone call so my husband went to the shop and when he got there we found out that they hadn't done a diagnosis test yet but the guy offered to test the sensors while my husband was standing there and they ordered the part on site and hopefully it can be fixed by tomorrow so we aren't stranded. Update: We checked out of our hotel at 9:30am on December 23, 2023....we got a phone call at 9:40am or shortly after saying his truck was ready for pickup! If I could give more stars I would because it was the weekend before Christmas and we were stressed but trying hard to be positive and they truly did everything they could to make sure we got home. We are forever grateful!!!”

“Went out of their way to do a diagnostic in an extremely timely fashion for me to make sure my vehicle was still safe to drive for a couple of days. When I did schedule the repair that was needed, they got the repair done in half the time they said they would be able to get it done. They also came in under the quoted price because they found there wasn’t as much labor needed as they originally thought. This was in professional and I waited there as one person told me that if the customer who he was going to show around by 5:30 PM if they don’t come I will show you around. I waited 45 minutes he kept on saying I am waiting on the customer. They didn’t show me around and I had to leave. An hour before heading to the dealership I confirmed the appointment still they did this to me.”

“I was referred to Advanced Transmissions by one our locally trusted mechanics with high expectations of great service and care of my sentimental 1996 Toyota Landcruiser. Throughout the time my vehicle was in the care of Advanced Transmissions, the receptionist Kelly and mechanics were very professional and remained in communication with me, updating me on the progress of my vehicle and asking me before ordering parts and completing the services needed to make it run properly. Each time I spoke to them on the phone, I asked if it was driving properly and if they noticed anything else that might need to be repaired aside from what they were working on. Each time they responded that it was driving nicely and the items needing to be fixed were being repaired. Upon picking up my vehicle, the battery was dead and the fuel tank was below empty, neither of which were brought to my attention over the course of the three weeks that it was in their care, nor at the counter when I paid the bill. I had to find out for myself when I walked up to start my vehicle, excited to drive it again. Luckily they were kind enough to come out to my vehicle and jump it for me. Upon bringing these concerns to their attention, they said that the car battery had to be jumped every time they worked on it and in the most condescending and sarcastic tone told me that everyone is responsible for buying their own gas and that they drive cars on fumes all of the time without issue and the battery store was next door if I wanted to replace the battery. Had I not looked at the gas gauge, I could’ve easily been stuck on Butler Rd. with an empty tank of gas and a dead battery in a very vulnerable position. I told them that if they had kindly brought this to my attention while my car was in their care that I would have gladly paid for them to put in a few gallons of gas and a new battery. What began as a great experience in developing trust in another local mechanic for the care and maintenance of my vehicle, ended with inconvenience and dissatisfaction. If I could give the receptionist Kelly a 5* review I would! If the rest of the staff had been as courteous and professional in person at pick up as they were on the phone while my vehicle was there and were not disrespectful and dismissive at pick up, after I brought my concerns to their attention, I would be leaving a 5* review. Unfortunately after giving them the opportunity to take accountability and rectify my experience, I am not able to do so.”
