“Disappointing service from Gary and the service department. My vehicle was in for repairs on the right wheel and new winter tires. Initially I was told my vehicle would be in services for 3-4 days, which eventually extended to 21 as Gary suggested more repairs and waited on the given parts. I followed through with most of the repairs, until Gary began to push maintenance repairs onto my left wheel which was unaffected by the current issue. I've since had a second opinion on the left wheel and was told it was not necessary to follow through with. Add to this, when I received my vehicle my old tires were gone, the service department had thrown away my all seasons. Gary told me my tires were worn and they threw them out on my behalf. The tires are my property, I get to decide if I keep them, or at minimum its required I give permission to discard them. It took an argument for it to be arranged that someone find my tires and eventually they were returned. When they were returned the delivery driver told me he was surprised they were thrown away in the condition they were. These circumstances made me question Gary and Wolfe Cadillac's integrity, as unnecessary repairs were suggested and my tires were tossed prematurely without my permission. I've been a customer of Wolfe's for 2-3 years and have had good experiences with them, previously my servicing was managed by Mark and that was ok, I wouldn't recommend Gary and I'd be cautious about the repairs the service department recommend.”

“Someone in the winter hit and ran my vehicle and my insurance company recommended another autobody shop. I insisted on going to Herbers because they always do a good job when working on my vehicle. I was wrong in this instance because when I went to book my appointment they told me I wouldn't be able to get it in the shop for over a month as they are fully booked. No problem, we did the damage assessment and I went on waiting till they were able to get my vehicle in. Fast forward a couple months and I finally have a set date on when they can fix my car. I bring it in and happily wait. A week later they call me to tell me that they have ordered the wrong part and I can come pick up my vehicle so I don't use my insurance days for a rental as they dont have an ETA for the bumper they need for my car. What a waste of my time and my insurer's time. I won't recommend you anymore and you have lost a loyal customer who had always gotten work done there.”

Often, if they aren’t familiar with what I’m after they’re willing to go through the website with me to figure out what I need. Bobby, one of the front line staff, makes sure that I’ve found what I need and can also let me know if the product had been on sale recently (if I enquire). I’ve noticed that she’s got a good rapport with all of the customers that she comes in contact with. She truly makes my experience there a pleasant experience. Over the years I’ve met Judy, Alex, and Mauricio. All have outstanding personalities that I’ve really come to appreciate over the years. Judy has since retired but one story I remember about her took place years ago. Just by scheduling, one year I was alone during the Christmas break. Judy had won a turkey in a draw and she had made an agreement with her fellow employees, she would cook the turkey if others agreed to bring the side dishes. The dinner break was a rolling schedule for everyone working that night and they invited me to join them…I wasn’t alone that Christmas. I don’t think the staff at the store realizes the impact they have on the everyday customers that walk through those doors, but it’s truly remarkable to know that kindness still lives here. “Got an oil change and tire rotation near the beginning of the month. Over filled my oil and then when I went to drain it down myself I noticed the T45 oil plug was stripped to almost nothing. My inspection report was all green and I took it in knowing I had a shot wheel bearing as well. Lube techs need better training or journeymen need to oversee more closely. The dipstick was only 6 inches from the oil fill cap too.”
