“A month ago I picked up my New Tucson. Extras I had paid for well over 2 months ago were intended to be added to the car upon delivery. I've had the car almost 1 month now and I'm still asking where my all in one floor mats are!! Service team is next to non existent in giving me an answer. I'm still waiting for my mats. Over $400 worth.... I've also enquired about the cargo liner wanting to pay and order it. It should be the easiest thing to do, but I still have not received any idea of paying for it, ordering it and installing it in my car. I'm sure if I was with holding over $400 from your dealership, I'd be getting letters of demand. I've paid for a product that still has not been provided, nor do I see any responsibility from the service team on chasing it up after asking 4 times now! If this is your level of after sales service, im going to get from now on. I'm going elsewhere after I pick my car up this afternoon.”
