“TOTAL DISSATISFACTION: HIDDEN DEFECT We have ordered a 5008 vehicle with 7 seats since May (05/31). The delivery time was excruciatingly long, not to mention the lack of support from the seller M.S. Once the vehicle arrived in Dijon it went to the workshop for the various checks as well as the various maintenance that the vehicle needed before being delivered to us. Book Wednesday 07/28 my husband finally leaves with the vehicle. Yesterday when we needed our 7 seats we were getting ready to lift them when SURPRISE there was nothing under the covers. We ordered a 7-seater car with 5 seats, 2 of which were missing without any information on it obviously. M.S never told us that two seats were missing in this vehicle otherwise we would never have purchased it. Early today we went to Primocar to have an explanation on this hidden defect and above all to find a solution as quickly as possible but M.S was not there because he was on vacation and there is no person responsible. Monday. Mr. S.'s colleague, who received us kindly given the context, was herself unable to manage the complaint because she was alone. She still informed us that Mr. S was aware that two rear seats were missing from the vehicle as well as their director. The question that arises is why not call the customer that we are to tell us about it? Which unfortunately confirms the notion of hidden defect! We left with IMMENSE DISSATISFACTION, still waiting to have an explanation tomorrow on this hidden defect and an URGENT solution. Mr. & Mrs. T.”
