“UPDATED: After posting my original review, Crown reached out and acknowledged that my experience was not what they want for their customers and they went above and beyond to make it right. They came and picked up my vehicle, serviced it at no cost and returned it back to me within a few short hours. I bought my Highlander from Crown Toyota brand new in 2017 (and just paid it off last month🥳) At the time I traded in my Toyota Camry, that I also bought from Crown Toyota (despite never really bring impressed or totally satisfied with their service - I just love Toyotas!). I have always had Crown service my Highlander too. So I took it in today and left it nearly all day in order to have my blinker switch replaced. I would have really been impressed if they would have serviced my vehicle (since when I scheduled the original appointment, I said it needed some other service and the maintenance required lite is clearly on). But whatever. It’s fine. But it would’ve been REALLY cool if they could have at least put air in my freaking low tire! And what’s with a $30 shop charge on top of the labor? Is that “The Crown Difference”? I give them a at best.”

Everyone kept in contact with me all the time and when they found another issue, they fixed it “as part of the cost”. Definitely will refer them to anyone with transmission issues. “Stay away from Autozone, and don't fall for the lifetime warranty, apparently if sales representative doesn’t register the warranty into the system you are screwed, even if you have the receipt and even pulling up the company policy🤷🏽‍♂️ The associates were very rude and disrespected my grandpa. The same part that was under warranty is now double the price. Went to O’Rileys and got the same original price and they always honor my military discount.”

“My vehicle was totaled and the city called this business to tow it from the scene. During the tow away the guy said I had 24 hours (after an accident) to come clean everything out before the insurance takes it. They wouldn’t let me get anything out of the vehicle that was personal without a claim number (the other party hadn’t provided it yet) I had my insurance agent speak to them and give them their own claim number but they refused to let me in since it wasn’t in their system (even though my agent was authorizing it) definitely use another tow service if you’re given the opportunity”
