“My wife dealt with Joeseph. I put the order in online, they called me the night before and told me only one of my tires got shipped. Joseph asked me why that tire and I explained that I had done quite a bit of research and that was rated best in class. He quickly realized I only wanted that tire and asked me what he could do to make it right, I told him if they could just find a way to do it the same day, that would work. He told me it would be a challenge but he made it happen with only a 2 hour delay. A lot of people might write a bad review, but I always look as a problem as an opportunity to show me what kind of company you are, are this company is one that keeps you informed, is straight forward, and does what they can for the customer. They do it right and treat you right, very happy customer.”

“I was in the Norman location 1-9-24 needing a tire pressure sensor replaced. The guy I spoke to needed to check my tires. When he came back in he told me that my other 3 sensors were going out and before he could replace the one that was out, I needed a new tire because they could not remount a tire that is worn. He said something about a DOT law. I told him I would find another place that would replace the sensor without having to purchase a new tire. After leaving I called the Moore location and spoke with a manager. He wanted me to bring it in to see if my tires would check out any differently. He said that if they put the tire back on with low tread that if I was in an accident Discount Tire could be held responsible if the bad tire caused the accident. It was a front tire and the tread was worn around the outside edge. The tread on the middle of the tire was good. He told me the reason the tread was worn on the outside of the tire is that is the part I drive one!!!!! Really! I hung up! Discount Tire was my go to tire shop, but not anymore. I investigated everything they told me and found it was untrue and only used to sell me tires. I had an appointment to get tires on my husbands truck and cancelled that. I will never recommend or use them again. BTW: I found another tire shop, got my sensor replaced and they had no problem remounting my tire after replacing the sensor.”

As soon as I signed off on the repairs my car was ready in the following day or two. I had to travel an hour down there, and borrow a friends car, as well as got times mixed up but the workers were very understanding and were able to wait until I was able to make it. “This has been the WORST experience buying a car. But worse than that I have only had my car 6 mo. The engine light keeps coming on ( because it’s faulty) and they refuse to fix it (even though my car is under warranty) because the light goes off after so many starts… hence it being faulty so therefore it won’t stay on or off… I’m looking to sell it now. Don’t want this headache especially from the car dealership. The Tommy Nix in Muskogee has been great and that’s where I take it for the oil change but unfortunately they cannot work on my car. I have spent HUNDREDS to get the smoke smell out of the car which is only a 2020 including a $225 car detail . This whole experience has been bad”

The manager “Glenn” also is no better, he engaged in a “group text” with his rep while assisting me and when brought to attention that I was not happy with him texting and not acknowledging my concerns, he said “we are talking about an upcoming event” ummmm huh? Let me just add I have been dealing with my issue since October 28,2023 with this store and reps. I just have to say this I am 100% unsatisfied of customer service & the fact that the reps or even the “manager” we’re not knowledgeable of the product that was sold to me to maximize my business. I do not recommend this store 1. Poor customer service 2. Staff is not trained properly 3. They are a “3rd party dealer/franchise” their prices aren’t even true Verizon prices or they are “CELLULAR SALES” Go to a corporate store! Also avoid Verizon store in Mustang Oklahoma owned & operated by same “owner”. Then when I told manager that I would be posting a review he tried to bribe me with store credits or free accessories 🙄”

There was a long line when I arrived , but they got us out of there fairly quickly. Will do business with them again. Best line of communication with BH PDC is through their website. They responded to my questions fairly quickly.”
